- Bank account statement or mobile banking details

4 Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your qqq55 account login details (username and password) secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
- Never share your password with anyone.
- Use a strong, unique password.
- Always log out after using a public computer or device.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify qqq55 support immediately.
qqq55 will never ask for your password by email or chat. Be cautious if you receive any such request.
Deposits & Withdrawals
5 Deposit Terms
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into qqq55: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
- If a deposit amount does not appear in your account due to a technical issue, please contact support.
- qqq55 reserves the right to hold or investigate any suspicious deposit.
6 Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from qqq55:
- Withdrawal requests can only be made from a verified account.
- Funds must be withdrawn using the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
- qqq55 may request additional verification for large withdrawals.
- If the original deposit payment method is unavailable, withdrawal by bank transfer may apply.
qqq55 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal if money laundering or other financial crime is suspected.
Bonuses & Promotions
7 Welcome Bonus Terms
New members at qqq55 are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn:
- Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
8 General Bonus Terms
The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions at qqq55:
- Each eligible member may claim each bonus offer only once.
- Multiple members sharing the same IP address, the same device or the same household may not claim the same bonus.
- qqq55 reserves the right to exclude any member from a bonus for specific reasons.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
- qqq55 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
Betting & Gaming Rules
9 General Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed when betting at qqq55. All casino games, slots and sports betting activities are covered by these rules.
- All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
